Health & Wealth Report - I Owe it All to Cleansing!!

June 1st, 2009 - Monday

WOW!! What a great month, things have just really been rolling and it's been such a blessing. It's a slow build-up...but a build-UP is better than anything going DOWN! First...the Health report...then the wealth Report.

HEALTH REPORT:

Things have been great, and I've been feeling amazing! I've gotten my 1/2 mile swim down to a time of 19:30!! Considering I started out around 40 minutes, this is a huge feat that I've accomplished. I was not able to do the Salem Sprint Triathlon that I wanted to do, but I'm staying on top of my training so that I'll be ready when the right opportunity presents itself for me!

I'm going to be running in a Relay Race called the Wasatch Back - Ragnar Relay. I have three different legs of different distances, but I think I only do a total of 18 miles. The race goes from Logan, UT to Park City, UT and should be a lot of fun!!

I'm officially registered for the Disneyland 5K on 9/3 and the 1/2 Marathon on 9/4. Annette will also be running the 5K and Ethan will be running a 200M dash! It's going to be a great family vacation, centered around fitness and fun!

"P90X - Ab Ripper"

I started this month off great with a big run up Rock Canyon. I ran up for 30 minutes as far as I could, stopping only minimally. It's uphill all the way. Then a nice run back down! We also hit up Gold's Gym today, where I got in that nice 800M swim!

So, overall, Health is great! No weight gains or losses to report, just maintaining quite well and building my mental and physical endurance. Haven't been sick or felt groggy since that 24 hour bug I had about a month ago.

WEALTH REPORT:

Things have been SO great and the business is coming along well! If you've read my previous posts you'll see I generated 0 cycles in March, 3 in April, and I just did 8 cycles in May!!! WOW! It's awesome, and I hope to keep this pace up!

I personally enrolled 4 new associates in May, which is awesome, brining my total personally enrolled associates to 25...but the best part is that one of them already became a Consultant! Cherise has done amazing and has already signed up 3 people herself!! Go Cherise!! Her sister, Lindsey, is also interested in doing the business and has created an amazing blog of her super-awesome results on the product!

I believe I started the month of May with 60 people under me, and today there are 80! That's a growth of 20 in just 30 days! Things have really been moving and people have been working hard and sharing these amazing products like crazy!

I know that the growth will continue and I look forward to the day that I can look back on this blog and laugh at the memories of growing my business to something amazing!

May's Workout Calendar

I had a request to post my workouts so other's can see what I do. I figure that's a cool thing to do, and maybe I'll post one for June once I get that organized too.

It's kind of hard to read. Maybe I'll have to find a better way to post this for next time. There are a lot of days left blank...early in the month I caught some really bad 24-hour flu bug that just about killed me. However, I recovered in about two days, and then took a few days to just eat and slowly nurse myself back to full-recovery before hitting the work-outs again. The exercise has been great, my energy has been amazing, and my recoveries are so quick thanks to "Ionix Supreme."

That product is one of my favorite that is offered through Isagenix as it helps me to get recovered so quickly from work outs and keeps me energized like you wouldn't believe! But what can you expect? It's got so many wonderful ingredients in it such as: wolfberry, amla-berry, blueberry, watermelon and many other extracts of natural fruits from around the world that most people have never heard of, like Hibiscus flower extract, Harada fruit, bamboo stem, and georgian snow rose! I mean...it's just loaded with energy!

My brother Jeremiah has been doing "Crossfit" which a lot of people have heard of. That is a crazy workout. I've been a P90X man, which I swear by, but I may give this whole crossfit thing another look-sie. I love cross-training and incorporating new work-outs all the time and I already do kettlebells, which is a mainstay of the crossfit training program.

Anyway, no races this month simply due to $$. I'm not going to be able to do the Salem Sprint-Triathlon but there will be others...and I'll be ready!! We will be signing up for the Disneyland half marathon in September for which I'll be running a 5K and a 1/2 marathon!

Also, to add here, I did build a pull-up bar in my back yard this month and it's awesome. Everytime I walk by, I throw a few pull-ups in! It's motivating!

Health & Wealth Report

May 1st, 2009 - Friday

Health Report:

My training has been coming along quite well. I quit my part-time job just last week which has freed up a lot more time for me to work on building my home based business with Isagenix, and to work out and train for races and triathlons. Although the one downside is that I need a bike, helmet, shoes, and wetsuit (which I can get all for about $1,000 on a really great deal!) to participate in these triathlons that I'm training for! Ha ha.

Yesterday I hiked the "Y" in Provo and my round-trip time was 28:41. I'll be doing that hike more often, about once a week and trying to improve that time. I hike up as fast as possible, and then pretty much run down the whole way assisted by gravity, of course. It's a great workout on the Quad's though, which usually don't get much from regular running. For those that know about running, when you run backwards it's a good way to work the quad's, but running down a mountain accomplishes the same task!

Today I did my 800 Meter swim in 39:46. Very exciting to me, considering my time a month ago was 46:30. Gold's Gym in Orem and also the Provo Recreation Center are great pools for training for the swim. Both are 25 M pools.

Since I don't have a good bike, I pulled out my rusty old beat-down huffy mountain bike and am getting it in riding condition so I can at least start biking to work. This cuts down on gas ($) and saves the environment, so it'll be good. Plus, lugging that heavy bike around is sure to be a great morning workout!

I created a exercise training schedule for the month which involves a lot of cross training with swim, bike, run, other cardio measures like stair stepper and eliptical trainers, as well as weight training for upper and lower body, including kettlebell workouts, and calisthenics like pull-ups and push-ups too! I think that'll really keep me on track.

Wealth Report:

The business is coming along well. My mentor, Sean Escobar, continues to remind me to take things slow and just keep working on it. You may have to talk to hundreds of people to find that one special business-builder to join your team. Currently I am working with Carol (who is in my upline) and Mitsy (who is in my downline) as they are both motivated to build their Isagenix business and be on their way to residual income! We are doing well, and will be hosting a home party at my house on May 14th @ 6:30 pm.

I really just started focusing on building this business in March. I signed up 8 people in March, and really got addicted to helping people out with their health and wellness goals, which seems to mostly be about losing weight. In March I generated no cycles, but got paid quite well on Product Introduction Bonuses. This was also the month that I launched my website http://www.livecleansed.com which is the first time I've ever done all my own website building. It's a lot of fun to do.

Last month (April) I generated 3 cycles - a monthly record for me, and re-earned my "paid as consultant" status - a good start. I signed up 6 people in April, and I've been able to get my product for free as well as have a little extra cash on the side, and that's a great start! Also I started an "ad campaign" on Yahoo and will see if that does anything to help with the business. I will report on that in time.

I have now personally enrolled 21 people, 2/3 of which was in the last 60 days! There are 60 people under me, of which only 1/3 did I personally enroll, which shows that others in my up & downline are working the business too, and that is great news! So you can see how much more work I've been putting into my business.

My First Blog...What's this all about?!!

So this is my first time ever creating a blog, and I will keep this first one short as I learn what to do here. I'm mainly creating this in order to post how things are going with my own personal success with Nutritional Cleansing; both using the products and how they help me achieve physically and in my health, as well as the business aspect and how my business team grows and the opportunities that it affords me!
I've been doing Nutritional Cleansing since July of 2008. On my first 11-day program, I lost 14.5 pounds, 2 % body fat, 2 inches off my waist, and 5 inches off my abdomen! I've not only kept the weight off, but I've found renewed energy that has helped me to compete in races, and I'm preparing for my first-ever triathalon in May of 2009! So far I have now coached over 20 people through these products and have seen some seriously phenomonal success!! I created a website called http://www.livecleansed.com where you can see more!

I look forward to meeting great people online here through blogspot, and learning more about them and becoming friends!
